Ilhéu de Sal Rei is a small island located 800m offshore and covering an area of 1.88 km in width and 0.88 km in length. The island has a white sandy beach and its own fortress, formerly named after the Duke of Bragança.

You may get there by boat with the sea depth never going deeper than 1.5m.
